Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ c rolled oats
- 1 ½ c pumpkin puree
- ¼ c maple syrup
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 ½ Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, pumpkin, and syrup, spice and mix well.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips now.
- Using your hands, form into 7 small balls and place on the baking tray and press each ball into a cookie shape. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool on the sheet.
